Welcome to All Phase Guttering

All Phase Guttering was started in 1980 by Tim Rose. Having been a gutter hanger himself, Tim wanted to start a full-service gutter company that stood behind its products & workmanship. That’s still being reflected today with over 40 years of continued business & thousands of satisfied customers.
All Phase Guttering is locally owned & operated right here in Nashville serving the middle Tennessee area. Due to our commitment to excellence, we’ve maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, a 4.9 star Google rating and a 5 Star rating with Service Magic Pros. We’re also members of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee. We offer FREE, no-hassle estimates to our customers. We don’t use hard, pressure-closing sales tactics to entice people to do business with us. We treat every customer with the utmost respect and every home with care as if it were our own.

Johanna Suttles

Office Administrator
Johanna graduated with her MBA from Lipscomb University. She has worked for All Phase Guttering for six years. She is a fan of lists and is genuinely happy to come to work every day to help the office run as it should. Johanna enjoys keeping up with her kiddos and her dog Lucy, hanging out with her husband, cooking, traveling and reading.
Why she loves working for All Phase Guttering: “Gutters may not sound exciting but they are so necessary for customers to maintain the value of their home. It is wonderful to come to work every day and work with great people who want to do their best for customers who need us. That’s the definition of a perfect job!”

Karen Flatt

Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Karen, a Franklin, Tennessee, native has been with All Phase Guttering for 15 years. She has 31 years of experience in bookkeeping with a speciality in cash management and accounting. She enjoys loving on her grandbabies, spending time with family and friends, and live music. Why she loves working at All Phase Guttering: “I have never worked at such a family-oriented company and they have made me feel like family. It is so great to work at a place that values both their employees and customers.”

George Nelson

Office Assistant
George Nelson graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2017. He has worked for All Phase Guttering for two years both in the field and in the office. He enjoys reading, history, and outdoor sports. “I love working for All Phase Guttering because of their honest and sincere nature in dealing with their customers as well as their employees. I can say that with confidence having seen in the field how important craftsmanship, functionality, and appearance are on all jobs big or small. In the office also, customer care and business practices are held to a very high standard.”

Chuck Ettinger

Operations Manager
Chuck graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Harding University and has worked for All Phase Guttering for 12 years. Over the last 12 years with the company, Chuck's roles have included sales, managing the install schedule, communicating with customers and contractors, ordering needed job materials, and helping prepare the crews for each day. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, playing sports, life group at church, and connecting with others.

Nathan Rose

Installation Manager
Nathan has been at All Phase Guttering for almost 20 years. He is in charge of all crews and he is our master craftsman with copper and all our speciality guttering. Nathan loves working outside, building with his hands and designing.

Jason Young

Sales Manager
Jason is a graduate of the University of Texas and is originally from Plano, Texas. He has extensive experience in sales including 14 years with Caterpillar. He is a dog lover, has three children, enjoys golf and fishing, and football season will find him in the stands supporting his son who plays under the Friday night lights.

Our Commitment to You During COVID-19
We want to let our current and prospective customers know that we are here to serve you. We can still come to your home to perform assessments and provide you with an estimate. We will remain outside and keep the suggested "social distancing" perimeter of at least 3 feet from all customers. We can even perform an assessment of the outside of your home and simply call you with the details or email you a proposal.
We are a small family owned business and we have been providing quality in guttering for over 40 years. We have seen and even experienced the ups and downs that the economy's changes can bring. We are prepared to weather this and help wherever possible. Please consider supporting any local businesses that you know are affected during this time - which are almost all businesses. Please consider letting us serve you. We can take care of your gutter job without any physical contact with our customers - as our estimators perform their assessments outside and can call or email you with details and our crews work outside your home. We hope this will be over sooner rather than later - but until then - let's stand together during these difficult times.
